Q: Is information safe on your site?
A: Yes — all information is securely transmitted using the latest 2048-bit encryption and confidentially kept in our secure data center.
Q: Your reports are not instant?
A: Because of our industry best practices, our Agents actually research and review your reports personally, checking for conflicting information sometimes found in an “instant” report.
Q: If I register as a new client, am I obligated to purchase a service?
A: Absolutely not. We will contact you to be sure we design a report service right for you. It will be waiting for you to review or request if you choose us, by logging back in to access your own Customer Center. Our consultation with you is free!
Q: I will be using LASCO’s service for Tenant Screening. Will my applicant contact you for an inquiry consent form?
A: No, they are your applicant. You can submit a request after obtaining a written inquiry release from them. As a courtesy, we have samples of forms in the Resource and Forms Section of this page.
Q: My login has been disabled. What should I do?
A: Contact LASCO during business hours so an Agent can reactivate your account or email us at <a href=”mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org”>email@example.com</a> for assistance. Accounts may be disabled if you have not logged in or requested a new service for an extended period of time. This is just another way we take the extra steps to shield you and your informaiton.
Q: We are using your Employment Screening Services for our company. Do we use your consent forms?
A: You can use your own inquiry release forms for employees or applicants. If you do not currently have forms, we have provided samples as a courtesy under Resources and Forms on this page.
